A brand with tradition in the service sector for technical communication
The brand name goes back to the family name of the company founders Edda and Helmut Tanner. They managed the company operationally until 2006 and held the majority of shares until 2011. With Helmut Tanner, the family provided the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the public limited company until 2023 and is still closely associated with the company today.
In 2011, the long-time board members Stefan Kügel and Georg-Friedrich Blocher fully and equally acquired the company shares from the Tanner family. In 2024, the next step in the company’s development followed with the transformation from a public limited company (AG) into a limited liability company (GmbH). Since then, Georg-Friedrich Blocher has held the position of managing director. This move secures the identity and independence of the company brand, which has been built over four decades, for the future.

University competition for the promotion of young talent
